What is intellectual wellness?

Intellectual wellness involves engaging in stimulating or creative mental activities to expand your knowledge and skills in an enjoyable way. As graduate students, we immerse ourselves in our work which is frequently intellectually challenging. However, sometimes it is important to challenge our minds through other avenues. Pursuing personal interests challenge and stretch your mind, helping you feel productive and well balanced. Reading, solving puzzles, and playing games can be an excellent opportunity to spend time with friends and loved ones, as well. See some opportunities for engaging in intellectual wellness below:
